We are SRA approved and monitored external CPD Training Providers. We normally provide training as part of a larger project (e.g. quality and risk management). The most frequently covered topics are given below, but we adapt to match the needs of particular clients and their individual situations.

Passing your Lexcel assessment is a relatively minor part of implementing a quality management system. To deliver Lexcel's full potential to your business, the management of quality and risk has to be embedded in your organisation's culture - at all levels and in all departments.

Appraisal training
