142. New Lexcel application process (October 2007)

The process for applying for, and renewing, Lexcel accreditation changed on October 1 2007.

The new process is simpler and shouldn't take so long, mainly because status enquiry checks will be made on a sampled basis in stead of on every single fee earner.
