About J T-W Consulting Ltd
J T-W Consulting Ltd was incorporated in 1998. The company exists to serve leaders of organisations providing legal services.

Law firms have involved us in business strategy, quality assurance (including nearly 80 Lexcel projects), IT training, management training, mentoring, team building, interim management, finance, IT, bespoke software development, human resources management, recruitment and selection, facilities and administration, compliance, setting up a call centre, incorporation, raising finance and “white labelling” legal services for big brand names. Our wide ranging commercial and industrial experience can produce benefits for solicitors too; a kind of cross-fertilisation.
Our clients benefit from Lexcel Consultants who are registered with the Law Society and have completed the same Lexcel initial training and CPD as the assessors who will pass or fail your firm.
Law firms and in-house practices enjoy the support of an ISO 9001:2008 consultant, who is a Certified Lead Auditor, just like the head of the audit team who will certify your practice.
Our clients find preparing for QMS 4 LAW certification relatively simple with the help of an approved consultant, who has more experience of the standard and its implementation than anyone else in the world.
Management training we provide is approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for solicitors' CPD - and backed up by on-the-job support for managers. Advanced management training is delivered by a Chartered Director.
We are proud to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. As well as helping us maintain a relentless client focus, it means we have practical, day-to-day experience of maintaining a quality management system - which helps us help you create systems that are both effective and easy to maintain.
